¡9 FAMILIAS YUMBEÑAS YA CUENTAN OFICIALMENTE CON EL TÍTULO DE SU PROPIEDAD!
IMVIYUMBO, cerró el año 2025 con un significativo avance en la titulación y legalización de predios beneficiando a 9 familias del municipio.
Este proceso significa que 9 familias yumbeñas ya cuentan con los documentos legales que los acredita como propietarios oficiales de sus viviendas, lo que les brinda seguridad jurídica, tranquilidad y nuevas oportunidades para mejorar su calidad de vida.
Las titulaciones se realizaron en los barrios Bellavista, San Jorge, Carlos Pizarro y Mirador, beneficiando a hogares que durante años esperaron la legalización de sus predios y que ahora ven materializado este anhelo.
El gerente de IMVIYUMBO, Edwin Cortázar, destacó la importancia de este logro y reafirmó el compromiso institucional con las familias del municipio:
“Aunque estamos finalizando el año, desde IMVIYUMBO seguimos trabajando sin pausa por mejorar la calidad de vida de las familias yumbeñas. El programa de titulación y legalización de predios es una herramienta clave para brindar estabilidad y bienestar a nuestros ciudadanos, y continuaremos fortaleciendo este proceso en el territorio”.
Con estas acciones, IMVIYUMBO y la Administración Municipal reafirman su compromiso con el desarrollo social del municipio y el mejoramiento en la calidad de vida de las familias yumbeñas.
